Benghazi International Airport
Benghazi International Airport is a major greenfield aviation development designed to establish a modern international gateway for eastern Libya.
The project will deliver a fully integrated airport with an estimated capacity of 15 million passengers per year, supported by advanced airfield systems, passenger facilities, cargo operations, VVIP infrastructure, maintenance facilities, utilities and landside development.
At the centre of the development is a 128,000 m² Passenger Terminal Building arranged over three levels and designed to provide efficient passenger processing, improved operational performance and a high-quality travel experience.
The airport includes a 3.8 km Code F runway, contact and remote aircraft stands, passenger boarding bridges, cargo and maintenance aprons, a dedicated VVIP terminal complex, an Air Traffic Control Tower, and Category 9 Airport Rescue and Firefighting facilities.
The wider development also incorporates cargo handling facilities, aircraft maintenance infrastructure, catering and ground support buildings, administrative and security facilities, access roads, power distribution, water and firefighting systems, telecommunications and central cooling infrastructure.
Once completed, Benghazi International Airport will strengthen regional and international connectivity, enhance aviation capacity and support the long-term economic growth of Benghazi and eastern Libya.

Sirte International Conference Centre is a landmark refurbishment and modernization project aimed at restoring one of Libya’s most significant governmental and event venues.
The development covers approximately 52,000 m² across two principal buildings and includes major conference halls, banquet facilities, presidential and VVIP areas, auditoriums, meeting rooms, media facilities, entrance halls and supporting operational spaces.
At the heart of the complex is the Great Congress Hall, covering approximately 4,290 m² and designed to accommodate up to 3,660 attendees. The centre also includes two banquet halls of approximately 2,300 m² each, providing flexible spaces for official ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events.
The refurbishment incorporates upgraded interior finishes, façade works, mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, fire and life-safety systems, security systems, building management systems and advanced audiovisual and conference technologies. The project also includes large-format display screens, integrated sound systems, event cameras, communication infrastructure and specialist facilities for presidential, governmental and international delegations.
Once completed, the Sirte International Conference Centre will provide a modern, secure and technologically advanced venue capable of hosting national conferences, international summits, official ceremonies and major public events.

Sabha–Sawknah Strategic Road Project is a major highway infrastructure development in Libya, designed to improve connectivity between key urban, industrial and logistics areas across the country.
The project covers approximately 350 kilometres of roadway and includes extensive rehabilitation, upgrading and construction works aimed at improving road safety, travel efficiency and long-term network performance.
